This challenge is all about sheer willpower. You’ll have 20 minutes to devour:

• 1.5 pounds of brisket
• 1 pound of sausage
• 1.5 pounds of pulled pork
• 12 oz of creamy coleslaw
• 5 oz of crispy fried onion rings layered a top 2 hoagie rolls
