Backroads BBQ is bringing the heat with its newest and most daring food challenge: Conquer the Mountain! This beast of a meal isn’t for the faint of heart, but glory awaits those brave enough!
What’s on the Mountain?
This challenge is all about sheer willpower. You’ll have 20 minutes to devour:
- 1.5 pounds of brisket
- 1 pound of sausage
- 1.5 pounds of pulled pork
- 12 oz of creamy coleslaw
- 5 oz of crispy fried onion rings layered a top 2 hoagie rolls
The Rewards of Victory
- If you manage to conquer the challenge, you’ll win: Your photo on the Wall of Fame
- The Mountain for FREE
- A Conquer the Mountain hat and apron!
